Before becoming a TOX247 Executive Leadership Practitioner (ELP) with an ‘Authority to Practise,’ you must understand your role:
As an ELP, you oversee the Workplace Substance Management Programme (WSMP) and its practitioners, ensuring alignment with corporate governance. You collaborate with the Programme Managing Practitioner (PMP) on disciplinary actions or employee removal following positive Back to Laboratory (BTL) results. At the board level, you address company officers’ legal responsibilities and managers’ WSMP duties. You also handle internal appeals and defend formal decisions in litigation.

This level 6 course includes:
The Executive Leadership Practitioner (ELP) includes all of the Level 5 Certificate learning modules and three additional units for the ELP, and a 5,000-8,000 word dissertation that will need mandatory content that is country, sector, and profession specific.
